- Add v0.4.0 changelog entries (CN/EN): unified entry, horizontal clreq
pipeline, vertical clreq P1-P3, shared kernel, conformance matrix,
installation-free fonts
- Update version to v0.4.0 in Home pages (CN/EN)
- Link the clreq conformance matrix from Home and Features (CN/EN)
- Remove all 'not yet in a release / main branch' warnings across pages,
replace inline mentions with 'v0.4.0+'

加载无害。luatex-cn-hori 降为内部实现名，直接加载仍可用。

功能页更新（未发新版本，Changelog/Home 版本号不动，各节标注
「尚未进入发行版」）：
- Punctuation / EN:Punctuation：punct-hanging 从「开发中」改为已实现
并新增「行尾点号悬挂」一节；新增「中西混排」一节（1/4em 中西间距
与 western-space 键、\横置 西文横置、连接号/间隔号/分隔号扩类）；
clreq 预设键表补 western-space
- Correction / EN:Correction：着重号节重写——补 char/scale/skip-punct
三键与中文别名、vbook 两类的 clreq 预设（●+skip-punct）与 guji 圈点
体例分档、台湾式依据说明；修正不存在的 \圈点 别名（源码只有
\圈点设置）
- Command-Reference：新增 \Sideways/\横置 条目；\EmphasisMark 参数表
补全并修正 color 默认值（源码为 black，原记 red）

docs: 行文用语统一——「大陆」一律改称「中国大陆」
10 个页面共 25 处。只改行文，命令名与键值不动：
\大陆标点风格 / \大陸標點風格 / punct-style=mainland / style=mainland
均保持原样（公开 API），已跳过的还有已经写作「中国大陆」的既有文字。
