docs: 横排入口统一为 \usepackage{luatex-cn}（PR #148）
\usepackage{luatex-cn} 现为本包全部行为的统一入口：宏包形态默认横排
（选项原样透传），[vertical] 保留竖排 bundle 旧语义，ltc-* 文档类之下
加载无害。luatex-cn-hori 降为内部实现名，直接加载仍可用。
- Horizontal / EN:Horizontal：标题、导言与全部示例改用统一入口，
开头新增入口说明框（内部名与 [vertical] 分支）
- Features / EN:Features：第 3 节标题与示例
- Home / EN:Home：横排条目名称
- Punctuation / EN:Punctuation：交叉引用措辞
- Examples / EN:Examples：论辩的魂灵条目的加载说明
docs: 行文用语统一——「大陆」一律改称「中国大陆」
10 个页面共 25 处。只改行文，命令名与键值不动：
\大陆标点风格 / \大陸標點風格 / punct-style=mainland / style=mainland
均保持原样（公开 API），已跳过的还有已经写作「中国大陆」的既有文字。

luatexja 互斥前提、fontspec Script=CJK 要求、全部选项键与默认值、

- Home / Features（中英）：「三个文档类」改为竖排四个文档类（补 ltc-guji-digital）
+ 横排一个宏包；Features 章节重新编号
- Punctuation（中英）：补 \punctSetup 的五个 clreq 预设键（与横排同名同值）
及上下文相关宽度调整、墨迹度量锚定说明
