Problem
Targeted Playwright planning expands Features/Search.spec.ts when Explore sources change. SchemaSearch.spec.ts is tagged for the Ingestion project, but the Explore impact mapping omits Ingestion, so the strict shard planner reports that the selector matched no runnable tests and aborts before Playwright executes.
Expected behavior
Explore changes should select SchemaSearch.spec.ts under the Ingestion project so targeted shard planning succeeds.
