OpenPdfEdit 0.1.5

Two fixes that never reached anyone, because they landed after v0.1.4 —
the build most people are running.

Password-protected PDFs open now. Enter the password when asked;
edits save back protected. This was broken in two separate places and
both are fixed: the desktop, and the browser builds, which had no
password path at all and showed you PDFium's internal error instead.

Text fields work by drawing them. Draw a box, type in it. There is
no dialog asking you to name it first, and the box accepts your click
immediately instead of staying inert until you switched tools by hand.

New: run it in your browser. app.openpdfedit.com is the same editor
as a web page — the same Rust core compiled to WebAssembly, doing the
same work on your machine. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere
to upload to. Load it once and it keeps working offline.

New: print, in the browser builds.

New: sign in, at auth.openpdfedit.com — and in the browser at all,
which it previously couldn't do.

Changed: the watermark tool is now a Supporter feature — 1,000
credits, once, unlocked for good on your account. It was free in 0.1.1
through 0.1.4. Every other tool remains free and needs no account.

macOS builds are signed but not notarised: first launch needs
Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
