cannot install in python 3.13

Not really anything to explain in detail. I will just drop the error logs here. I seems like the problem is only having python 3.13 installed.
I am using latest windows 11 and the python is installed from scoop.

can this be reopened to track python 3.13 support? debian 13, released august 2025, only has python 3.13, so open-webui cannot be installed in it today.

there is only one dependency left for python3.13 compatibility afaik

no need to reopen this

and its not something open webui can fix until the dependency updates
