This maintenance release keeps Plugin Hub responsive during catalog outages and completes cache cleanup.
- Keep the last validated catalog and pause retries for five minutes after network, HTTP or invalid-catalog failures.
- Let manual Refresh bypass the backoff and recover immediately.
- Clear the current catalog and retry transients during uninstall, alongside legacy caches.
Validation: 36 PHPUnit tests / 58 assertions, PHPStan without errors, WordPress coding standards, and a real WordPress smoke test covering outage fallback, repeat-request suppression, retry after expiry, and uninstall cleanup.
The installable plugin-hub.zip is attached by the release build workflow.
