In contrast to the usual procedure, the potential ApplicationImplementers are asked to estimate their efforts based on v0.0.5_spec.
A pre-release version of the AIPS (v0.0.5_impl, respectively v0.0.6_impl that corrects possible findings during the effort estimation) shall be implemented.
