Cannot select the document for identifiers.

Summary:

When we browse our gallery and try to select the document for the upload.It is not selecting the document.So it can't upload the document.
The TextView of Name and Description is also not showing

Steps to reproduce:

Open the app
Go to Navbar and select Clients
Select Client
From the Toolbar menu select Identifiers
Now select the identifiers and click the documents.
From the title bar select + sign
Now try to select the document from gallery.

Device and Android version:

OnePlus 3
