The namespace declaration in row_center_list_item.xml file is completely redundant and must be removed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to android-client\mifosng-android\src\main\res\layout\row_center_list_item.xml
2. Line number 23: There is a redundant namespace declaration

Expected behaviour:

No need of the namespace declaration
