Empty list when charges of a client opened in offline mode

Summary:

Charges list of any client appears to be empty in offline mode.
However, when a new charge is added, the older items appear.

Steps to reproduce:

Offline mode->Clients->Open a client->Charges (Empty)
Now, add a charge, charge appears.
Go back. Open charges list again. (Empty)
Add a new charge.
Previous charges also appear.

Expected behaviour:

The list shouldn't appear empty.

Observed behaviour:

List appears empty.

Device and Android version:

Android 8.0.0
