• Production MCP Stdio Server (--mcp): Full JSON-RPC 2.0 implementation with streaming object-boundary lexer framing, handling back-to-back concatenated messages ({}{}), EOF without trailing newlines, ping handler, and clean notification lifecycle (notifications/initialized, exit, shutdown).
• 4 Structured MCP Tools:

1. view_file: Inspects and slices file content with line count and total lines metadata, optional syntax highlighting, theme selection, and configurable line numbers (path, start_line, end_line, highlight, theme, show_line_numbers).
2. highlight_code: Formats arbitrary code snippets with oote syntax tokens for terminal rendering (code, language, theme).
3. list_languages: Enumerates all supported language syntax highlighters (oo, oot, json, md, sh, rs, c, txt, diff).
4. slice_lines: Pure in-memory line range extraction with clamping (content, start_line, end_line).
   • CLI Improvements:

• Support for attached short flags (-r10:20, -ljson, -tneon).
• Line windowing & negative/out-of-bounds line clamping.
• Non-TTY / piped output: defaults to raw uncolored text unless --color=always.
• Bumped version to 0.2.0.
  • Tri-Distribution Packaging: Standalone native binary (oocat-linux-x86_64), Arch package (.pkg.tar.zst), Debian package (.deb), and Red Hat/Fedora RPM (.rpm) with dist/checksums.txt and sha256 digests.
  • Comprehensive 4-Tier QA Suite: 55+ assertions covering CLI flags, MCP stdio protocol framing, all 4 MCP tools, negative trust & error responses (-32600, -32601, -32602), double-run determinism, and performance benchmarks.
  • 100% openOODA Academy Compliant: Zero ambient authority (&FsReadCap, &EnvCap), 16–256 line bounds per file, 4-element Academy headers, pure shims in anchor.oo, and directory density <= 8 pages.
