oab-instance-mcp 0.6.0 (broken installer — use 0.6.1)

Warning

Do not install this package. The v0.6.0 pkg allowed PackageKit bundle relocation; on a Mac with an existing installation, postinstall could not find its payload and failed. Use v0.6.1 or later. Signing and notarization were valid; only installation was broken.
