Open Accountants for Kimi Code CLI.

Add the MCP server

Add the Agent Skill (optional, recommended)

Copy skills/using-open-accountants into ~/.kimi/skills/. It tells Kimi when to use the tools, to establish the jurisdiction first, to preserve the official source and review status the tools return, and not to invent rules or attribution.

Note on packaging. Kimi Code CLI plugins are local executable tools declared in a plugin.json and cannot wrap a remote MCP server. This integration is therefore an MCP server plus an Agent Skill, not a Kimi plugin.

14 tools across 1,790 Guides and 244 jurisdictions. Anonymous use of the server is capped at a small number of free questions.
