Server and CLI 1.1.0-beta.44

The server and CLI adopt connector SDK 0.1.7, adding Google Calendar, Outlook Mail and Outlook Calendar to the shared catalog: 22 connectors plus Custom MCP. Calendar adapters each expose seven typed operations; Outlook Mail exposes nine, with separate scope and local permission for sending. Each account retains its own connection, cursors and credentials. Google/Microsoft shared-app enrollment and real OAuth/API acceptance remain pending.

Microsoft own-app browser admission now accepts the exact global Microsoft HTTPS origin. Source installations resolve checksum-pinned public OpenAgent wheels and retain the Core engine dependency. Existing Core/Storage beta 22 and Host Tools beta 6 pins remain unchanged; seven product components are reused byte for byte.

Validation on the normally installed release wheels passed: 168 server/CLI fixtures, dependency and catalog checks, readiness, 15 acquisition fixtures, provenance guards, 11 marketplace guards with 31 subtests, and eight React source fixtures. Native App beta 21, the public installer update and actual GUI acceptance are tracked separately. These checks made no provider calls.
