New Features

  • Per-job harness and model — a job can now carry its own harness and model: publish(..., harness=, model=) pins them at enqueue, and the consumer resolves everything else from the agent_view config. Running model or harness evaluations on one agent_view no longer needs config mutation or a global lock.
  • agento job:set-runtime — sets or clears a queued job's harness and model (--harness, --model, --clear), while the job is still TODO. Changing the harness or clearing the pin also drops the stored session, because a session cannot move between harnesses.

Bug Fixes

  • Job runtime recorded for every outcome — the harness, provider and model are now written when the job is claimed, not when it succeeds, so FAILED, DEAD and retried jobs carry the values you need to debug them.
  • Retries keep the runtime of the first attempt — a config change during a long job no longer switches the model or harness under a retry or a resume.
  • Unknown pinned harness fails once — a job pinned to a harness no enabled module registers fails immediately with a non-retryable error instead of burning every attempt.
