provide a specific config.toml to codex exec

Hi,
I can see that individual parameters within the config.toml can be overridden when calling codex exec, but I was wondering if it is possible to simply provide a full config.toml for that run without changing the CODEX_HOME (so that auth, history and sessions are all found). Is this possible? If so could it be exposed in the javascript SDK?
