When running codex in a interactive mode container it is not possible to use the ctrl+p ctrl+q command sequence to detach from the container.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- launch a container in interactive mode
- launch codex
- press ctrl + p, ctrl + q
What is the expected behavior?
Expect for the terminal to detach and to return to the host. Instead nothing happens
