When using the built-in Terminal in Codex App, pressing the Enter key submits approval for the agent to execute a command even though you are in the context of the terminal.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Run any task which causes Codex to request approval to run some command
- Open the Terminal (either before or while Codex still hasn't received approval yet)
- Press the enter key to run a Terminal command
- Codex incorrectly approved the command to run
What is the expected behavior?
The command should not be run. The enter key from the Terminal should not be captured.
