App crashed when a session was "attempting to capture UI evidence now; the browser screenshot script is still running against the local dev server, so I’m polling it and will either attach artifacts or report why capture is blocked." computer froze, then restarted.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
first time a chrome dev tools/playwright has crashed like this.
What is the expected behavior?
No response

When i opened the app, the blue dot showing which sessions were 'unread' had disappeared next to all sessions, makes me worried other things have vanished... i haven't investigated yet.
