What feature would you like to see?

Ability to enable/disable MCP servers that are configured rather than lean specifically on the config.toml that most teams have tracked in version control. We have many MCP servers configured that CAN be used but they shouldn't ALWAYS be used because they can take up a lot of the context window

There is already a settings UI for this in the app and the extension, and it allows you to enable and disable MCPs.

Can you clarify what functionality you think it's lacking?

The toggles are disabled so I can't change them, I also can't change them in the CLI

Ah yes, the UI controls MCPs that are defined in the global config.toml file. I presume you have those defined in your project-local config?

Yes they are defined in the project config, and we have a lot of them we want available to use but we don't always want them on and would like to no have to edit a version controlled file to enable/disable.
