What issue are you seeing?
Problem with Atlassian MCP - "Your access token could not be refreshed because your refresh token was already used. Please log out and sign in again."
Usually codex mcp remove atlassian followed by codex mcp add atlassian --url https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp resolved the refresh issue, but not this time.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
codex mcp add atlassian --url https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcpcodexCan you see Jira?
What is the expected behavior?
It should see Jira (worked last week)
