apply_patch is not working in Windows codex app

What subscription do you have?

What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?

apply_patch does not work. Tried creating new project/sandbox. Tried reinstalling. Nothing works.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Ask codex to create/modify code in the sandbox. apply_patch fails.

What is the expected behavior?

that apply_patch works ;)

I also face this issue when using the Codex VS Code extention. This bug seems to only be present in one specific project. When using Codex in another project, apply_patch works just fine

Me too, same issue, fully patched Win 11 Pro and latest Codex.
