What issue are you seeing?
In a chat, with "suppress code comments when thinking" enabled, each one emits a blank line to the UI, so the chat responses can end up very, very spaced out visually.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Enable "suppress code comments when thinking" and then perform a complex task using a CLI tool like GH, or AWS, or even repeated powershell tasks.
What is the expected behavior?
No additional blank lines when "suppress code comments when thinking" is enabled.
