Previous response visually overwritten by next turn

What issue are you seeing?

All but the first couple of lines of the previous turn's response is getting visually printed over by the most recent turn's output (tool calls / reasoning traces / terminal commands). It is intermittent and I don't know how to repro. Will try to note if there was anything I did to cause it next time I notice it.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

A multi-turn conversation is necessary, but the problem is intermittent.

Thanks for the bug report. Do you happen to know if you were seeing this problem with previous versions of the CLI? I'm wondering if this is a recent regression.

It is only recently I've noticed it, but I couldn't tell you which recent update might have caused it and I'm not even 100% sure it wasn't preexisting

Noticed it again just now twice. It was not associated with queueing up a prompt. Workaround is ctrl+t
