Incorrect translation in swedish

What issue are you seeing?

When entering plan mode Codex App displays "Abonnemang" in Swedish which actually is "Subscription plan" in english. The correct translation would be "Planering" or "Planeringsläge" (Plan mode). It threw me off because I thought I had to upgrade when using the plan mode.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Shift tab with swedish lang selected

I've prepared a fix for this. The issue is that "Plan" (as in Plan mode) is incorrectly translated to "Abonnemang" (subscription) instead of "Planeringsläge" (planning mode).

Correct translations:

• "Plan mode" → Planeringsläge
• "Plan" (noun, planning context) → Planering

The fix is available at https://github.com/yeager/codex (branch fix/swedish-plan-translation) with a locales/sv/common.json containing the corrected translations. Happy to submit a PR if the repo allows external contributions.
