What issue are you seeing?
The built-in terminal doesn't let us scroll while something is running.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Open the built in terminal in the codex app, run something (I ran nx run-many -t lint) and try scrolling up. I'll keep on resetting the scroll as we try to scroll.
What is the expected behavior?
It should let us scroll up and see the output while the task is still running.
