[Windows App] App reopens itself after closing normally

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

After closing the Codex app normally (via the X button or menu),
the app reopens itself automatically after a few seconds.

The only workaround is to kill all Codex processes manually
via Task Manager — after that the app stays closed.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex app
2. Close it normally using the X button
3. Observe: the app reopens by itself automatically

What is the expected behavior?

The app should stay closed after the user closes it.

Additional information

This behavior started after the latest update.
The "Set a global shortcut for Popout Window" option in settings
is unset. No Codex icon visible in the system tray.

This is new. Before, we had zombie processes that needed to be killed manually, but now the app window just reopens itself and I have to kill its processes to exit it.

Happens To me as well only fix is closing from task manager.
