Add option to automatically expand modified code in Codex App #15960

What feature would you like to see?
Currently, in the Codex App, modified code sections are collapsed by default and require manual clicking to expand. This makes it slightly inconvenient when reviewing multiple changes or large modifications.
It would be helpful to add a toggle/setting that allows modified code to automatically expand by default, so users can immediately see the full changes without needing to click each section.
