cmd+k doesn't search threads #16305

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

Pro

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.4.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

Pressing cmd+k opens the command palette but does not search threads, despite the input placeholder reading "Type commands or search threads".

What steps can reproduce the bug?

  1. Open the Codex app.
    1. Press cmd+k to open the command palette.
    1. Type any text to search for a thread (e.g. a known thread name).
    1. Observe that no thread results appear.

What is the expected behavior?

Typing in the cmd+k command palette should search and display matching threads, as indicated by the placeholder text "Type commands or search threads".
