What issue are you seeing?
Pressing cmd+k opens the command palette but does not search threads, despite the input placeholder reading "Type commands or search threads".
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open the Codex app.

- Press
cmd+kto open the command palette.
- Press

- Type any text to search for a thread (e.g. a known thread name).

- Observe that no thread results appear.
What is the expected behavior?
Typing in the cmd+k command palette should search and display matching threads, as indicated by the placeholder text "Type commands or search threads".
