Have a button to logout the current gpt account in Cursor's Codex Extension or setting panel

I set things up the same way as you, and it works fine on my machine.

It might be an issue with Cursor itself, they’ve been pushing updates pretty frequently. Have you tried using the latest version of Cursor? That could potentially fix the problem.

No button for account logout in your image, either.
Cursor provides the GUI solution for logout the account, while the Codex plugin does not.

If you're using the Codex IDE Extension, the "Log out" option is found under the gear icon.
