Codex app always freeze UI on prompt submission and stop #16865

What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?
Codex app almost always freeze UI for a few second to a minute, mouse going into blue spinning wheel while inside Codex app window, while rest of the machine runs fine.
The freeze seems irrelevant to the tasks themselves as the freeze always seem to happen before the task truly start, as well as right after the task finishes.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
submit new prompt or task finishes
