This occurs when the TUI receives a Ctrl+C keyboard input. Perhaps you typed this into your terminal and didn't realize it? Or perhaps it got sent to the terminal in some other manner?

Yeah maybe that is the case because I was working on something that involved ctrl+c and v so yeah maybe that was the case. Thanks.
