Codex App cannot set shortcut to Option+Space on macOS

What issue are you seeing?

I cannot set the Codex App keyboard shortcut to Option+Space on macOS.

When I try to assign Option+Space in the app settings, the shortcut does not take effect / gets reset. Other shortcuts may work, but Option+Space specifically does not.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex App on macOS.
2. Go to shortcut / keyboard shortcut settings.
3. Try to set the shortcut to Option+Space.
4. Save or apply the setting.
5. Attempt to trigger the shortcut.

What is the expected behavior?

Option+Space should be accepted as a valid shortcut and should trigger Codex App normally after being assigned.
