What issue are you seeing?

I completed identity verification and the trusted access page says trusted access is enabled.

Codex CLI still shows:
"Your account was flagged for potentially high-risk cyber activity. Requests may be slower while additional verification is applied. To regain faster access, apply for trusted access..."

This is authorized defensive security work in an isolated Docker lab. The work is focused on safety hardening, UI changes, tests, and local lab validation, not third-party targets.
