What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. choose View > Open Browser Tab
2. tab has address bar but is gone within a few seconds of getting smaller:

What is the expected behavior?

for it to not do that

Been experiencing this exact issue since first installing the macOS app about a month ago. No updates have fixed it
