Same minos-15-on-14.x pattern as #20183 / #18755 / #20353 — the bundled SkyComputerUseClient is built with LC_BUILD_VERSION minos 15.0, and dyld refuses to load it on 14.5. No reinstall / no permissions reset will change this; it's an OS gate.

If minos reads 15.x, the two working paths are: (a) downgrade to a Codex release that shipped a 14-compatible client, or (b) upgrade the OS to 15.
