The issue is that the limit always resets early so if I have a few percentage left and I plan to use it it always resets early so I cannot use it.

For example it says it would reset at 21:55 on April 28, but by 9:00, it was already reset. I had around 60% left and i planned to use it on a big task, now i don't get to use it.

This is by design currently. When we reset limits, your usage goes back up to 100% remaining and your time window restarts.
