What issue are you seeing?
I was using 0.103 (I believe) and gpt-5.3. Seeing that it's being depricated on 8th May I've downloaded the latest.
This is the first time I've tried using it and it repeated crashes on the first task I've asked it to do which is write a user guide for the python module that it was helping me create.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Not to crash and terminate the window.

We just recently had a computing cluster outage and I'm now seeing this message when I start codex:
WARNING: failed to clean up stale arg0 temp dirs: Directory not empty (os error 39)
