Slack installation stalls on Windows

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Can't click out of the stall to check (but latest today)

What subscription do you have?

Pro 5x

What platform is your computer?

Windows x64

What issue are you seeing?

Slack installation stalling

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Install slack plugin

What is the expected behavior?

It works and doesn't stall the whole codex app

Tried closing and reopening and now the plugins page doesn't load at all. It is stalled here

Seems to work ok installing in Windows mode (this stall was on WSL mode)

Still a problem on 26.513.40821
