What issue are you seeing?
PowerShell is something like MS store - stincking trash. I cannot even start Codex now, because during the startup it spawns hanging PowerShell processes. Use cmd for basic things and enable use of bash for everything else.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Try to start the app. Well, if powershell is not broken, it will not do. I cannot fix it and DO NOT want deal with broken trash.
What is the expected behavior?
Normal startup, ABSOLUTELY NO POWERSHELL USE. Not even thinking about it for a nanosecond.
