This thing keeps appearing when my mouse is at the edge, is there a setting to disable it?

I’m having this issue as well. I’d like to disable it because its z-index is too high — it stays above everything else and covers the area underneath, which makes the scrollbar and the copy/edit buttons unusable.

Edit: Updating to the latest version fixed it for me.

Yea this thing constantly takes me out of what I'm doing. I mouse over to the right and suddenly the menu flies out. Or it flies out and then I can't type

It still pops up though even though items around it are now clickable. It's still really annoying and useless feature which i'd like to disable.
