What issue are you seeing?
The codex web app (cloud) constantly gives the fallowing error that gives no actually explanation on what's happening and why it's happening.

Appears that I'm not the only one having this issue today as there is a report about it on Redit about that; however I guess there's a need for a GitHub issue as well.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Open codex Web App -> https://chatgpt.com/codex/cloud
Select workspace/code space -> select existing or new task (just write something)
And voila you're greeted by that error message.
What is the expected behavior?
Well the app should be working...
Additional information
The error message should be clearer on what caused the issue etc.
The web site with information of ChatGPT/Codes should actually flag the possible issue with Codex.. at the moment it does not...
