What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Codex CLI 0.128.0, latest

What subscription do you have?

100$ doesn't matter is for all users

What platform is your computer?

windows 11

What issue are you seeing?

019df4ec-d2a7-75c1-b56c-fae82374a8f3

is not possible to click the send button of the chat as a pop up Windows keep showing in the top right corner and prevent user click on the send button until the window is present.

Showing up especially when mouse hover the right end side of the UI, where the send button is.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Uploaded thread: 019df4ec-d2a7-75c1-b56c-fae82374a8f3

Open UI
Mouse hover the right end side
Narrow the window down half or less
try to hit the send button of the chat
Tested on chats from any project from any folder

What is the expected behavior?

User must be able at any given time to hit the mouse button to send the chat
