Codex cannot count line diff properly

What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?

Codex shows +8 - 5 on the chat but correctly shows +8 -9 on the side

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I asked it to update styles. I'm not sure when it displays the wrong line count. Maybe it ran formatting after counting?

Also, your instructions for Win powershell to get OS version do not work:
