Organization exists and is active in OpenAI Platform: AoAsianLions
Platform project exists and has credits.
Tried:

• logout/login via ChatGPT
• app Repair/Reset
• removing ~/.codex/auth.json and reauth
• API key login via codex login --with-api-key

Dictation still fails with:
[Composer] dictation failed {"detail":"No active organization found"}

Transcription history stopped updating after 2026-05-08.

Update: I completed OpenAI Platform company verification for the same account/organization, then fully quit Codex, rebooted Windows, launched Codex again, and retried dictation.

The issue still persists. Fresh logs from 2026-05-15 show the same backend error:

[Composer] dictation failed errorMessage="{\"detail\":\"No active organization found\"}"

Additional local confirmation:

• Organization exists and is active in Platform.
• Company verification is now completed.
• Codex was restarted after verification.
• Windows was rebooted.
• ~/.codex/transcription-history.jsonl still has not updated since 2026-05-08, which matches dictation failing before transcription text is saved.

So in this case, creating/verifying the Platform organization did not resolve the Codex Desktop dictation failure.
