Disconnected when using custom provider and no ability to switch providers or profiles #22483

What issue are you seeing?

I just wired up my hosted models from openai on Azure.

But i have multiple issues :
1- I am no longer connected to openai/chatgpt , can't access plugins / profile
2- i cannot choose between different profiles / providers, switch back to openai or back to azure, it's just stuck on azure.

try to edit config.tml and add a custom provider as the default
