Recent projects no longer move to the top

Summary

Recent projects in the project organizer are no longer being moved to the top after use. This reportedly worked in previous versions.

Expected behavior

When Recent projects is selected, a project that was just opened or used should move to the top of the project list.

Actual behavior

Recently used projects remain lower in the list and are not promoted to the top.
