그냥 운영체제가 그런 문제가 아닌거 같습니다.
그냥 codex app, codex cli, codex exec 모든 종류를 가벼운 질문 해도 엄청 느리게 답변이 옵니다.

인터넷 문제도 아니고, 똑같은 프로그램을 똑같이 돌려도 결과가 2~3배 이상 느리게 답변 됩니다. 기존에 7분 걸린게 지금 20분 이상.

Issue
I do not think this is an operating system issue.

Codex App, Codex CLI, and Codex Exec are all responding extremely slowly, even for lightweight questions.

It does not appear to be an internet issue. Even when running the same program in the same way, responses are now more than 2–3× slower than before. Something that previously took 7 minutes now takes more than 20 minutes.
