What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Use ChatGPT Android with Codex App remote control.
2. Have both Windows Codex App and Mac Codex App associated with the same OpenAI account.
3. Try to connect ChatGPT Android to the Mac Codex App.
4. Observe that ChatGPT Android only connects to or waits for the Windows Codex App.
5. Revoke Android access from the Mac Codex App.
6. Observe that the Windows connection survives.
7. Reinstall ChatGPT Android.
8. Observe that the app still shows the Windows Codex App state.

What is the expected behavior?

ChatGPT Android should allow me to connect to the Mac Codex App, or at least let me choose/revoke/switch between available Codex App hosts.

Actual Behavior

ChatGPT Android only detects or waits for the Windows Codex App. It does not provide a way to switch to the Mac Codex App.

Revoking Android remote-control access from the Mac Codex App does not revoke the Windows connection. Reinstalling ChatGPT Android also does not reset the state, which suggests the connection is stored server-side in my OpenAI account.

Impact

I cannot use ChatGPT Android to control the Mac Codex App. The app is locked to the Windows Codex App, and there is no visible way to revoke or switch the stale host binding.

Requested Fix

Please provide a way to view, revoke, and switch Codex App remote-control host bindings from ChatGPT Android, ChatGPT web, or the Codex App settings. Also please reset or repair stale account-level host bindings that point ChatGPT Android to the wrong Codex App host.

This is another case where the mobile client needs an explicit host selector and connection lifecycle, not just "the account has some Codex host".

If multiple desktop hosts are associated with the same account, the mobile app should show each binding with platform, last seen, current availability, and revoke/switch controls. Otherwise a stale or unsupported Windows host can effectively capture the mobile flow and block a working Mac host.

The important distinction is account-level binding vs live host availability. Reinstalling the mobile app not clearing the selected host suggests the selected/remembered host lives server-side, so the reset/switch control probably needs to operate at that layer too.
