What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?

After I click revoke access in Codex App on mac, I can't get my iPhone connect to my mac again

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just revoke access and add again, after scan QR code, literally nothing happens

What is the expected behavior?
